5/23/15 Anacacho Double Shot

The last three posts have dealt with Edna May's King and his two best sons, Anacacho Denmark and Anacacho Shamrock.  Which one of these sons was the best?  That is an unwinnable debate, as both were successful sires of show horses, broodmares and breeding sons.  Over the years, perhaps Anacacho Shamrock has tended to rise to the top side of pedigrees more often than his half brother due to the influence of CH Wing Commander.  Conversely, Anacacho Denmark is the broodmare sire of Supreme Sultan and CH Yorktown, so was he the more successful sire of influential mares?  In any event, having them on a pedigree was a decided plus.  And how about those lucky horses that had both Anacacho Shamrock and Anacacho Denmark on their registration papers.  Here are just a few.
